Service Description
Car Charger Quotes Ireland operates a lead matching service. We connect homes and businesses in Ireland with Safe Electric certified EV charger installers. When you submit a quote request, we share your details with an installer in your area who will contact you to provide a quote.
No Obligation
Requesting a quote does not oblige you to accept any offer. You are free to decline quotes, compare options, or choose not to proceed with installation.
Limitation of Liability
We act as an introducer only. We do not perform installations. Any contract for installation is between you and the installer. We are not liable for the quality of work, pricing, or conduct of third-party installers. We recommend you verify installer credentials and obtain written quotes before proceeding.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Your Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
Dispute Resolution
